Roof Valley Tiles

Roof tiles come in various shapes for special positions, particularly where the planes of the several pitches meet. These include ridge, hip, and valley tiles. Specifically, valley tiles are cut on an angle down either side of a valley gutter. As some of the valley tiles will be relatively small and prone to dislodgement, it is good practice to include relocation of dislodged valley tiles as part of regular home maintenance. Securing the valley tiles with clips or wires can reduce the likelihood of dislodgement during storms.
