Structural Deformation is the term given to warping, bending, twisting and springiness in structural components of a building.
The inspection includes checking for these conditions in:
- Roof Structures: Roof framing & roofing
- Wall Structures: Framed & masonry construction
- Floor Structures: Suspended concrete slabs, suspended timber ground floors, timber upper floors, stairways
