Building Inspection Yarrabilba

Yarrabilba (4207)

Located 45 km to Brisbane’s south, Yarrabilba (4207) was a very sparsely populated area. From 1915 to 1955 trains passed through the area on the Beaudesert line to Canungra and during World War II a military camp was built. Yarrabilba was excised from the Beaudesert Shire to become part of Logan City in 2008 and in 2010, Yarrabilba was earmarked to become a future urban centre with 20,000 dwellings to house some 50,000 people. This development project began in 2011 with four neighbourhoods established as of 2015.
