Sinnamon Park (4073)

Situated 14 km to Brisbane’s south-west and along the Brisbane River, Sinnamon Park (4073) was named for original settlers, the Sinnamon family who converted their family farm into a retirement village complex.

In 2011, 6300 people lived in Sinnamon Park, their average age is 39 years. Apart from being Anglo-Australian, a minority of residents were also from Vietnam, South Africa, and India with Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, and Persian being spoken alongside English at home.
