Located 31 km to Brisbane’s south, bordered by the Logan River and Beenleigh railway to the north, and bisected by the Logan River Road, Holmview (4207) is a sparsely populated suburb of undeveloped bushland.
In 2011, 1400 people lived in Holmview, their average age being 27 years. Most of these residents were anglo-Australian and spoke only English at home.
