A French Door/Window is a pair of casement windows/doors extending to floor level and opening like two-leafed glazed doors onto a balcony, garden or terrace. Each casement is fully glazed often with multiple panes (“lights”). The frame typically requires a weather strip at floor level and where the casements meet to prevent water ingress.
